If you are not sure what happened

It is not always easy to understand what happened.  We can give you the time and the space you might need to talk this through and try to help you understand what happened.

People are often confused when they have been raped or abused and may not know or understand what has happened.  In the eyes of the law we must give consent to have sex or take part in any sexual activity.  Sometimes we are not able to consent due to our age or vulnerabilities for example mental health, disability or impairment.  If this has happened and you feel that you have not consented, you are not to blame, and we can help you.
