Support for all

We work with Women, Men and Children we provide counselling and ISVA services. It is important that you understand that you are in control of your journey and that we will support you in it. Getting support can be difficult and you have made a huge step by accessing our website. Whilst it can be difficult it can also be life changing. We can help you to become the person that you want to be and not the person that you think others want you to be or the person you think you should be.

We are here to help you through this, towards recovery, wellbeing and independence.

  • "As a guy and an ex-soldier, I thought I could deal with my own problems, but I can see now that I was self-destructing. Talk to someone and ask for help; don’t suffer in silence."
  • "Thank you for all your support. Talking to a stranger was hard at first but you made a difference. Even though I have not needed to come to see you for a while now it’s been nice knowing you are there to help, you have played a huge part in getting me to a much happier place. "
  • "My counsellor was my rock and the sessions were amazing. I can cope a lot better now. I can’t believe the power of talking and feel as if the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders after my sessions."
  • "Amazing service thank you. I had some positive feedback from my patient who was very impressed at how quickly you sorted her appointment. Well done RASA :) Kind regards "
